I just put a cap on my truck and have been looking at the bedrug for it. It has a lifetime warranty and appears to be nice with the zippered sides for easy removal for cleaning. Anyone have opinions they would like to share?

I have one that I bought on e-bay and I don;t have a cap on my truck so it gets snow, rain, sun and every thing else mother nature has to offer and its holding up real well. I like it for hauling my fiberglass parts around, when I haul some thing dirty around I have a plastic tarp under the back seat. If I get dirt in it I just take it to the car wash.

It's excellent! It's thickly padded on the underside, so it's really nice on the knees when you're crawling around in the box. You could crash on that thing in a sleeping bag and have a decent sleep. I bought mine from California Concepts - good price and an easy install. I have a tonneau cover over mine, by the way.

The other good stuff

Is the flat floor the Bed Rug gives you. No lumps in the bed floor, and a very effective sound deadening. Nice place to sleep under a bed cap. Had ours three years, and deer blood, grease and plain old dirt wash right out. I think it's the best out there.

I purchased a used Bed Rug from a fellow TDR member and agree with all the above posts. I placed a rubber bedmat over the Bed Rug but I doubt that I need it. Larry

I have one with a cap over it.

I've spilled oil, and all kinds of nasty stuff on it and all you need to do is hose it off every once in a while. Heck, I've even used it to sleep back there. (Gotta love no lumps in the bed. ;) )

It's a great investment, make sure you use ALL the velcro to adhere it to the bed. JM2C

Thats what I was hoping to hear. I'm gonna get mine right away. The first thing I did when I got my truck was take out that slippery bedliner and put in a rubber mat. No with the cap on, I like the idea of the bedrug. I did notice that its loud in there and was hoping that would kill some of the noise for my dalmation. :p

Just shagged one on e-bay. No other bidders, ran it up to the reserve of 150. 00 and took it. Brand new in the box.

I guess the sun shines on a dogs butt every now and then.

I scored the same one for the same price on eBay a few months ago... Extremely happy with it. Very comfortable for camping! Easy on the knees, quiet, and about half the weight of the stock bedliner:cool:! Also matches the carpet on the inside of my Century cap. My . 02.

Jim.
