I drove 2 1/2 hrs for him to help me with a guage install/ turn up and it was well worth the time and the $ to have him help/do the install.

There are actually quite a few members in the surrounding area. If there are many get togethers I am not aware of any close by, but there was a dyno day up the road in Blowing Rock last year, had pretty good turnout. Next diesel event we all need to get together and meet up, or cook up our own meet-n-greet right around here. Lots of times I am so busy I find it hard to get away and travel to any meeting, but if I know far enough ahead, I can make time.
