A friend needs large offroad tires.Coal hauler type

I would like to know of all the tire suppliers in the US and Canada that sell large equip. tires.

I know of a couple in N. D. . Those that I know of are Lignite tire, in Beulah. And, OK Tire, in Bismarck.

Anyone?

Goodyear, Michlien and Yokohama are the big three in heavy haulers. General was still in the mix when I left. If you like I can get prices down here to compare with. I'll need size and application. ie. 21. 00x51, 19. 00x39; Terex or Cat; material that is hauled. Let me know this weekend and I can get back to you on monday. One of my friends is still in the OR bussiness.

Dang, my dad was born in Beulah. I didn't know anyone else knew about that place. They actually lived in Golden Valley.

Golden Valley is indeed a beautiful place. Nice hills and creeks with trees in the draws. There is a lot of wild game in the area. The only downfall is the fact that the winters are more harsh than California's, I am sure. But then, even the winters have beauty, if you know where to look.

I do not know the application, but the size that he told me is 2700x49 and he said that they want radial tires. I sure do thank you for the response, and yes, if you have time to check it out, I sure would appreciate your effort. Oo.

You mentioned that you left. Did you pursue a different occupation, or retire? Just curious. :)

Beings we are so close to Canada, it would be nice to know where the dealers are, that deal in the large mining application type tires. Any TDR members in Canada know? TIA
