My friend will have cash in hand here shortly to buy the 03 4x4 4dr 3500 dually all the bells and whistles etc etc.

Now that we have scratched off out of state dealers, we are stuck buying it here.

Any sugestions in the san francisco bay area,Sac, or in the valley or south to Modesto?

Last question; I was told by another friend who sell's Ford, that cash in hand doesn't mean much. The best deal you can expect is 250-500 over invoice? True or false?

Thanks in advance

I buy all of my trucks and send all of my friends to Seramonte Dodge in Colma Daily city. Talk to Arnold Abrego in the fleet department and tell him that Mike Crossley sent you he will give you $200 over invoice without any hassle. Although I know you can get some delaers to do $100 over invoice the difference is that Arnold will go the extra mile to find you what you are looking for and if you need to order it no problem. Also you might ask him because he told me that they have been doing some out of state transfers so you might ask him if that is something possible.

Got my last two vehicles at Redwood City Dodge through the fleet sales, which is not publicized, but open to anyone.

I ordered and purchased a '99 Durango for $99 over invoice and also my '03 for $99 over invoice. In both cases, I chose to place a special order. Took a few minutes to order with no money down (they weren't worried about getting stuck with a cummins), then a couple weeks to get the truck, but got exactly what I wanted. The pricing also applies to what they have in stock.

I'm guessing that most dealers will honor the same pricing. If you have a dealer that you like closer to home, try that.

The second you mention "fleet" the sales folks will scatter and leave, since they have no hope of commission. Be sure to talk to the fleet mgr at the dealership. Jim Povio was my guy at RWC Dodge, but I don't believe he's there anymore.

Hope this helps.

p. s. BE SURE to get the fold flat floor. If you do not check the $80 box when ordering, it will cost over $800 to get it later. If you do not want the fold flat floor, order it and I will buy it from you... ;-)

I got a fair price at Manteca Dodge, ask for Kelly Hughes. Wherever you get your truck be sure to mention that Mantica will provide free oil and filter changes for as long as you own the truck.

Got mine from Nike in fleet sales at Roseville Dodge for 200 over invoice. If you call her tell her Harold Scott sent you.
