any deals on hour meters anywhere?

some time ago i had asked about hour meters. i didn't act fast enough on a deal for $10. now the only ones i can find are $30 and up at northern tool. is anyone having a special?

I dont know where to get a deal on them, but i was thinking it was a good idea to have. What do you hook it up to?, just 12v that is only on when the truck is running?

Hook up to a 12v source when the ignigition is on and not in accessory (key back). The power windows is a circuit will work (unless you BOMB'ed it).

As far as one reasonable, I paid $27 for mine at a Bobcat dealer. I think $25-$30 was about the going rate for mine when I was shopping.
