Any Dodge mech here know how to change the Ambient Air Temperature in the mirror?

Looking to see if the sensor snaps out, screws etc in the 2013 up driver mirror arm? Have a set of 2013 tow mirrors FINALLY but not positive on how to change out the sensor.

Wondering if the mirror has to come off etc?

I'm not sure but I thought the sensor was behind the grill not in the mirror. I know it was there on my 05 next to the driver side headlamp.

on 2013 and up its located in the driver side mirror arm. Thats why I was having a hell of a time finding tow mirror's. 2009 -2012 are a dime a dozen.

I did figure out how to get the sensor out by the way. Gently pry it out from the rear of the sensor.

Mirrors changed, sensor in, all is well..It was as easy as the you tube video showed..

No. You should be able to clearly see the sensor on the driver side mirror arm, from the front. The change was on 2013's and up. 2012 and below it is in the grill area.
