Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Any dyno comparisons of cams available?

I was wondering if anyone has done any dyno research on aftermarket cams like Piers, F1 helix ect. And how many people are running some and which seems to be the better one?I am looking to get a cam in the future and was wondering which is doing the best for daily driver to competition. I want a new cam not a regrind. It looks like from what I see most popular is the Helix2. would this be a good assumption?

How much of a difference will it make in lowering egt's and what will it do for fuel milage?
