any feedback on the new jeep diesel

Looking @ the new grand cherokee for my wife does anyone have any feedback?

Been a wantin....

I was going to test drive one the other day, but got sidetracked on honeydoos... Have not heard a thing, but it is the first year statside, might have a bunch of emissions crap on em... :{

I could care less if it has a load of EPA stuff on it, it's still a very strong and powerful diesel. I just got back from Germany and I saw a boat load of them over there. Diesels are much more popular there, and the fuel is about 2. 50 cheaper then gasoline. I've read a few reviews about it and everyone agrees it's a great little package, with mileage figures in the high twenty's low thirties.

y-knot They have been available over there for a while. I could never figure out how to import one for a reasonable cost

This weekend..

I will probably have a chance this weekend, heading up to Springs to see G-Grandson. . Hope I don't get hooked, I have been looking to replace the 02 G-Cherokee. Found this review.
