Here's the link to that thread with pics of my truck and others. Tons of info there, was one of the first threads here regarding 2" leveling kits, etc.

03 2500 Larger TIres

Yes, the Classics are forged so they're stronger. I don't do anything too nuts with my truck so I'm not worried about it. I've never seen a cast wheel crack, and I personally don't do any extreme 4-wheeling, so I'm OK with it. Besides, they look sooo much better

ok by seeing ducks pics im sold his truck is the exact same as mine... . LOKKS AWESOME... mine will have the pocket flares + painted door handles, Painted Mirror shells  . MAN I CANT WAIT

325/60R18

Just looking at the Nitto site and 325/60R18's are 33. 6 inches tall, 14. 86 overall width, rated for 2995 lbs, and work with a 9. 5 to 10. 5" rim width. Do you really need the 2" spacers or is it just to get the front up for a more level look?

Are they an "E" weight rating ?
No. But, I have a 4000# slide in camper and tow a 4000# boat and my old truck had approx the same load rated tire ( 3000# ) with no problems.
Also would like to know the load rating and which Bushwacker are you running?
See above, and they are I believe the "extend-a-flairs".
I read in another post that 18's wouldn't work on someone's 2003 because they rubbed. They obviously work on yours though. Do they rub at all at full lock?
First off you DEFINATLY need at LEAST 2". This is not because of height, they are only 33", its because of offset. (and width) Only one offset avail. , not sure exactly, but sticks them out there thus causing them to hit the wheel wells at FULL lock under compression. I had the lower control arms moved as far forward as possible until I can get some upper arms that are about 1"-2" longer so I can move the lowers back.
Do you really need the 2" spacers or is it just to get the front up for a more level look?
See above.

Hope I answered all your Q's. I might try to post some more detailed pics. ie. clearence at full lock, ect.
