towing up hill question

I just bought a used 1994 Rockwood Wildwood 5er. Its 29 feet long with aluminum siding and no slide outs. The manufacturers tags are missing with gvw info. When I looked at the tires they were load range c. Some rims were damaged from previous blow outs im sure. I replaced all 4 rims and put on new load range D tires. Im guessing its about 7500 to 8000 empty and dry with about 800 to 1000 on the king pin. What do you all think? (yes I will get to a scale some day) thanks Bill

No clue but there's a scale at the 2 truck stops on i-10 $8. Exit 137 for the flying J I think (67th ave south of I10).

Get over there some day when you are low on fuel (cheapest fuel in the valley probably). OR, wait for the new Loves to open up. It's RIGHT east of the Firebird raceway.

LOOK IN THE KITCHEN CABINET , for a paper glued to the inside of the door if present it gives the info for all the wights and equipment installed. Ron Bissett in Metro Louisville KY

Thanks for the feed back guys. Ron I looked in every cabinet and found nothing. If it wasnt for the vin being stamped on the king pin box I wouldnt even have that. Bill
