(edited) BTW, I don't know if it has anything to do with thier prociedure but we are a AAA towing service. Common sense rules the way we tow.
MCrossley said:I was towed last month for being parked in gated community and a long story short there was no visible postings or anything and I was towed at night there was a half of a block of skid marks from where he drug my truck and trailer so I would not hear him hooking up. I have bad U-Joint slop now that was not there before and of course flat spots in my tires I have been fighting with the housing association and they say not their porblem it is the security company who called the tow as a towing service can anyone give me some points on resolving this I don't know what to do at this point? P. S. I sent them a letter with all of the towing requiments pictures etc.
