Best Wash machine?

any body know if running a buggy is different than a truck? ive had t-maxxs and losi lst trucks for a couple years... got ahold of one of the new losi 8ight buggies and just wondered if there fun:rolleyes:

They look pretty cool. I got into airplanes about 16 years ago and flew quite a bit. (had a 1000' runway in the backyard) Haven't had 'em out since we moved up here. (about 8 years ago)

Every once in a while, I get the itch to get back into it, but the time seems tight and my son should probably be a little older. I also worry that I've forgotten how to fly, but I figure it would all come back before the first tankful runs out. (assuming I can get up and away from the ground w/o damage :p)

the hot version of the revo is pretty nasty, a truck and even a 4wd buggy are fairly different, id say the truck is a little more versital and a fast truck is a hoot, i use to race nitro cars on a 1200' vellodrome, at the time we probably had the fastest 1/10 scales in the country at a little over 65mph, we got burned out on racing before maxing out our 1/8 scale cars, mine was about at 80, we took one of our nasty on road . 21s and put it in a pretty serious 1/8 4wd buggy and it's almost undrivable it's so evil fast, sorta like one of those big block chevy motor cycles that has a blower and nitrous, sorta pointless but in a good way :-laf

I have a losi 8ight buggy and I really like it. Don't buy it as a basher, its definitly made for the track and can break parts pretty easy if you bask it and use it like a monster truck. They are notorious for going through throttle servos, clutches and clutch bells. Also the shocks leak pretty easy. The kit is much better then the rtr, better chassis, shock towers, hinge pins, alum shock caps, 4 shoe clutch etc.

I also have a wheely king I made into a rock crawler which is my new love and a stampede with a brushless mamba. To be honest, I am sick of nitro, with the the lipo tech and brushless motors that are out, its elec all the way for me. They are faster, cleaner and no more glow plugs, tuning, fuel, air filters etc.

I started my R/C addiction at a young age with Tamiya cars and trucks. Hours of fun and low prices made it FUN! As the need for speed increases with age, I got into gas cars-RC10 GT, T-Maxx, Savage, even a nitro-vee boat. They are fun, fast, and expensive, and the maintenance can be a pain. Now that brushless electric power is catching on, I may switch back to electric for simplicity. I just bought a brushless powered boat-Aquacraft super vee, ULTRA fast!! By the way, Tamiya just re-released the Lunchbox, Frog, Grasshopper, Hornet, and the Subaru Brat. Talk about memories!

I have a couple of Revo's. I was on a track one day and was getting passed by a guy with a buggy and it looked cool. I have a hard enough time not breaking my truck when I go out and play anymore.

Never got into the buggies. I needed 4 wheel drive. My last truck was a Tmaxx I modded out to the hilt + twin traxxas . 15 engines. It had almost too much power. It required metal spur gear, titanium CV & D shafts, aluminum wheels. Problem was that no one made all metal transmission gears. I went thru trannys every other time I took it out.

Then I got into RC airplanes. The HP game continued. Nothing like bolting on twice the recommended size engine onto a firewall. I'll modify wings ect to play around with. I really love flying RC planes on floats. With RC airplanes I can do things with them I can't do in my real airplane. Crashing them is cheaper also:-laf
