Looking for input from anyone who has this system on their 3500 series dually . Considering ordering max tow package on a 2018 and this is the suspension that comes with the package .

I only have a 3500 SRW, but I do have the factory air and I would buy it again. I tow a lot, the system works great and comes in handy.

I have it and like it a lot. The truck sits level as stock which makes getting into the bed much easier on bad knees. It also has a setting to turn the air off (when parked) to assist in unhitching.

I only have normal height and Alternate height, which Alt lowers the back so my truck is level and the trailer isn't nose high.

How do I turn it off when parked?

Turning on "Alt Height" will "lower" it when parked. If you don't have much load in the bed or on the hitch it may not be noticeable. It goes back up to normal height automatically as soon as you start driving or force it back into "Normal Height."

Go into the settings menu and then suspension. Choose "Tire Jack Mode" this will disable the system until you uncheck tire jack mode or reach a speed over 10 or 15 mph. I do this every time especially when unhitching. If the pin gets hung up when extending the landing gear and the truck starts to deflate to adjust you'll be hanging the truck on your trailer. I think FCA sent out some memo to do it this way too but that was after someone on the TDR posted the method and reason.

i wish they would give is a kneeling mode.
