any performance/diesel shops anywhere near Dallas?

I'm looking at getting a set of the Lucas injectors, having them installed, and the pump timing set... I generally do all the work on my own vehicles, but the learning curve on this truck is much more expensive than on my little junkyard terrors!



anyone got any ideas? any TDR members/bombers with experience that'll lend a hand turning wrenches?

^ that is the name of the local group that was in Dallas. I have not heard about them in a while so maybe you can stir some intrest.



Finding local help should not be a problem at all, just be willing to give something in return. There is a dyno day on Jan. 12 that you should goto. It's up on the north side of town, kinda near McKinny, maybe Allen. Check the local forum for the details.



Diesel Injection Service has a shop in Dallas, just off 635 I think. But will charge you an arm and a leg to install.



Check out a member with the handle BFC, he can get you squared away.
