2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Any problem using D25s on a 2WD?

ANy problem using D25s on the front instead on spacers or are they just for 4WD?

There was some discussion on here about using stock 4x4 springs in a 2x4 and it was determined it wouldn't work because of coil diameter so I would say that the D25's would not work in a 2x4.
