I'm looking for a software update and I'll no longer deal with local dealers after several experiences. My understanding is that my speedo correction, 3-cyl/high idle but with out oil gauge flashed to on/off mode can be changed with a smarty. Getting this done by the dealer is like,,, well my mind can not even come up with a sutible description. So anyone is in my area and is willing to help out i'll buy you lunch for your time, or sutible compensation. Thanks!

speedo correction is a vin locked feature, You would need to purchase a smarty for that.

The high idle can be enabled for free though

So if I return my truck to "stock" do I loose the speedo correction I have done for my tires?
