Finished up today, came out OK by me, but I am easy to please!!. I removed the plastic inner fender, rolled and tapered the seam (pliers & hammer). After I had it where I wanted it I cleaned and degreased the metal fender. Applied 3M undercoating in a can. I'm satisfied. Only time will tell if I did enough to clear the fender in any situation.

If it's not enough, I'll work it over some more! I have just finished new control arm bushings, new track bar and a fresh set of brakes. I love the way the truck currently rides and drives, no issues at 75mph, smooth as can be, no wondering, etc. So, I really don't want to have to lift if I can avoid it.
