Does anyone have experience with this type of 5th wheel hitch? My father is looking at one, and was wondering if it was worth the money. .

Those are interesting hitches, however, you might want to check out the post by QRTRHRSE a while back called "Air Ride Hitch Alert". You might not want to buy from the website you linked to.

Don't know of the co. but air ride is better than spring. check out with BBB. or install reese and air bags.
