I have the BMK-15 dual bypass kit mounted on the passenger side battery and i have Psychotty Intake kit (WAY overpriced piece of plastic, IMHO). Getting this setup to work required me to have to bend the large intake hose to the point where there is a slight kink in it. Does anybody have a setup like this?. Anybody know any trick to get the hose kink free?. I am not worried about it collapsing since the K&N flows so much it will never get to the starving for air point. It just does not look right, suggestions?

I have the single bypass system and a custom made Silencer ring that sticks out 3/4" out the front of the turbo. I have found what works best is to have the hose off the Psycotty end put it all the way on the turbo and slip it down on to the PSA housing. As it slides on the PSA it kind of come off the turbo slightly, I elevate it until there no kink in the hose.

Hopefully this helps.

I don't have the PSA, but I do have the dual bypass. What year is your truck, and is it an auto. The reason I ask is I think I have come up with a very good place for the filter block that gets it out of the way and the filters are easy to change!

Sorry I don't think it will go in the same place as I put mine, because of the trans. lines.
I located mine on the right side of the engine below the turbo.
