just replaced all 6 of mine as well, no start condition too. i was told by a long time cummins mech. to start a cold motor run about 1 minute. while motor is running feel the exhaust manifold at each cylinder exit, if you have a poss. bad inj. then that corresponding manifold exit will be much cooler or even way hotter than the others. Then when i took off the fuel lines #1 did not have any fuel come out, the other 5 had fuel run out of the lines. my guess #1 was leakin down bad. and at 105k miles i did all of them just not to have to do it again for another bad one soon. BTW my #1 was cool enough to pretty much hold ur fingers on it after 5 minutes run time.
