I,m working on it. I just got tired of waiting for other people to make bigger injectors. So i,m doing it myself. It was the same thing with turbos. A couple of people said that they had some better turbos coming out,I just got tired of waiting and did it myself.

I,m not going in the injector or turbo business. I say plenty busy with the bikes. Like always I will post my results so you know what works and you can always email me with questions.

Why don't you just drill 1/8th in holes in the injector tips so it looks like a faucet when the injector fires. #ad

How about stage 7? Hold the tip against a bench grinder until there is a small hole in the bottom of the tip. #ad

I,m trying the EDM and Extrude Honing. So far I,m working on 4 different tips. They all will be flow tested and truck tested to see what works the best. I need 4 more sets of donor injectors for testing. 3 of them stock 235hp and 1 275rv. An body that donates injectors will be able to get a custom set of injectors at cost. Don,t ask what cost is yet because it depends on the process used.

I want to thank my fellow TDR members that have and are planning to donate injectors. At this time I should have enough injectors to complete my testing. I,m not only testing max flow injectors, but trying different spray patterns to more efficiently fuel mildly fueled up trucks. Thanks again for the help.
