Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anybody use Castrol Syntec gear oil in their rear differential?

Is the Castrol synthetic gear lube 75w90 a good product to use in the dana 80 rear differential? Seems to be the most available product at my local auto parts store. Thanks for your reply.

I just use the amzoil and have had it on for about 40k now and have had no problems at all.

I've run it in the last 3 trucks with no prob at all.

I use 2 bottles of friction modifier in the rear and it works great with 85+k.

Then again I'm running a dana 70 in the rear but it is good oil.
