Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anyone around Des Moines, IA with Smarty?

I was wondering if any has the Smarty. I've been hearing about if you use it then take it off it keeps the high idle on the truck. I will have my truck up there on Friday, if anyone wouold be willing to let me try this, as the dealer obviously didn't get it on my truck. Thanks
