Has anyone delt with Darklightning.com for SPA guages? I found them on the web as a SPA dealer. I sent them money for 4 guages (I'm doing the EGT/Boost & Trans temp/Fuel pres on mine and a friends truck) and the guy sent me a Email 11 days ago that one pair was in and that the others were coming. I sent him an email to see when he thought they might come in and I haven't heard a thing since. I have emailed him a total of three times and called him twice with no response. I am wondering if I'm getting burned for $1000.

I contacted paypal and they said to file a buyers complaint on him. I just want my Guages or know why the delay. I'm going to Canada to have DTT do my trans and I wanted to have the guages installed before because I just put in a set of DDIIs.



The guy does buisness in Marquette Michigan. ANY ONE CLOSE TO THIS GUY TO RATTLE HIM FOR ME???:mad: Chris

Chris, We have been on the phone 4 or 5 times on this one. :mad: I too was set of getting the extra set of gauges you ordered from DarkLightning installed in my truck on your visit through town. :{



The DarkLightning.com website has a whole lot of cool items, and PAYPAL rates them favorably. DarkLightning expresses on their "about us" section the philosophy that motivated them into this business. The basic reasons they started their business parallels the frustrations we are experiencing this very minute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is, A fair price, and a satisfactory purchasing experience is eveyones desire. I like what I read, but can only hope our concerns are not overlooked, discounted, or ignored. Perhaps some of our friends with Nortwest Bombers have done business with them!?!



With the thousands of members we have from coast to coast, I expect DarkLightning wants all TDR and N/W Bomber Members to have a good and favorable resolution to this misunderstanding. :--) I can't wait to repost a more positive response to all of this lack of communicationOo. I see other items on their website I would like to purchase too.



But at this point, I hope DarkLightning will focus on making our paid order happen pronto. Your request via E-mail and phone message to air ship (at your expense) the parcial in stock EGT/boost gauges deserves a response form DarkLightning. Often, a new small business is overwhelmed with actions required to satisfy customers. Welcome to the big leagues!!! However, not returning calls, especially to customers who have ALREADY PAID IN FULL is a dangerous way to promote growth and future success. Everone of us at one time or another, has been to busy for our own comfort. But, at this point in time, can anyone spell, "CUSTOMER SERVICE?":confused:

We did and it worked. The guages will be here friday..... 1 day AFTER I am gone to Canada:mad: . I am/ was going to install a set for my friend in Wash. state. I will be happy... . when I get them in my hand. Chris
