well... i was looking at the intake air temp/press. sensor as to how to mount it [right now it is screwed to my battery tray with my bhaf setup] and i was looking a little closer and i noticed the 4 rings there, like the audi logo and i thought that was weird, then i noticed the VW logo and again, the weird part clicked in. it is on the bottom of the connector/sensor so it might not be visiable when installed properly, but mine is sitting exposed so you can see it.

will try to take a pic of it...

just thought i'd let you guys know [i wonder what other brand logo's can be found... ???]

Sometimes compare the various elements of your dash panel and various controls - like the AC and such - THEN look at those same things in Fords, GM and other makes - LOTS of this stuff appears to be rolling off that same Taiwan plactics assembly line... ;)

I'd bet the parts are sourced from whoever makes the best cheapest. DCX, nor Cummins, makes all their own stuff. The HPCR fuel system is from Bosch, the ECU is from Motorola... the list goes on and on.

Thats why when its all said and done the only thing left standin in the end is the ol Cummins, everything surrounding it sucks compared to it.

Almost everything you buy has at least some of it's components made in China, Taiwan, Korea, or some other country where workers make 9 cents an hour. Welcome to the new reality.
