I saw this stuff in Sam's (roll or brush on bed-lner material) and was thinking about trying it on my brushguard and to paint my utility trailer with? Has anyone else over used it - either on the bed of a pick-up or anywhere else? Opinions on strength toughness, looks, etc. ?

Is that the link to the guy who got the stuff on his..... ah privates? It is a must read, try not to fall on the floor.

OK . . . so now that I know not to get it on my Hootus . . . #ad

Has anyone used this, or just read funny stories about it???

I used Herculiner on my rocker panels when the truck was new(approx 10 months ago). It is VERY tough and the rocks don,t even mark it, as opposed to my 98 Ram which was always chipped and dented and required constant paint repair!!! I only applied one coat and would recommend that you apply at least 2 or three coats to get the look of the spray applied coatings. I have been spraying Armathane on the gun cases that we manufacture for 7 months now, and it is fantastic!!! When time allows I will be spraying the rocker panels over the Herculiner, and on the back side of the rear bumper, and anywhere else that is subject to abrasion.

One of my buddies used it on the inside of his Samurai, it came out pretty good. Not as thick and probably not as durable as the spray ins, but you get what you pay for. I like it a lot better than the Dupli Color stuff my brother used on the inside of his '70 Blazer, that stuff is junk. Real thin and comes off way to easy.

I have an Arma liner in my 89 cummins. I think this product is superior. They say , the only way to remove it is to use a grinder. This is also A hot application,it goes on at 280 degrees. This way it sticks much better. I notice that it gets very slippery to walk on if there is frost on it.
My liner didnt crack at all in -30 degree wheather like I figured it would. Well , Happy Rammin' .

I used the Duplicolor and m pleased with it. Use 2 gallons (that's only $100). 2 coATS HOLDS UP QUITE WELL EVEN WITH MY 3000 POUND lANCE ON BOARD.

I put herculiner in my truck right after i bought it, and im undecided it i will use it again. At first I thought it looked good and held up well, but after 6 months I started to notice a place where it has worn through all the way to my primer coat. It looks like it was caused by me sliding in and out a rack i made to carry all my tools so I can take them all out at once, instead of unloading everything individualy. If i did it again, I would have it sprayed in professionally.
