Anyone from around here going to SEMA this year?

Just wondered if any of you are going out to SEMA this year. Alan and I get there the night of the 2nd and leave on the 6th.

I gotta agree it would be neat to see but I thought SEMA was for "industry people"? I. E not the general public but dealers manufacturers and such. Am I off on this? It would be cool to go to Vegas AND get to see all the new aftermarket stuff.

You are right that it is for industry people, but all you gotta do is have a business get you in. Some of our club members are even getting in under our club.

I was going to try to go, but we went to Florida for vacation instead. The last time I went to SEMA was in '95. It was awesome. It's got to be much, much bigger by now! Hopefully I'll be there next year for sure.

We'll have both a booth inside (number 20016, I believe) as well as a demonstration setup outside in the prooving grounds. I'll be outside throughout most of the show doing demos. Feel free to stop by and chat a bit if you make it there.

No doubt everyone who went had a blast. This year was the first time since 1998 that I *didn't* go.
