2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission anyone has photos of extended cab 3500 4x4's w/ lifts?

i'm looking for photos of lifted 2nd gen 3500 4x4's but 2500's also are fine, like to see the setup, any with stacks? i am currently paying off my current truck and am ready for another ctd, just want to see what they look like in advance, also what's the most lift that can be achieved and still be able to hook a gooseneck, i'm also looking into the cattle buisness.
