Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anyone have a SMARTY in SE WI??

I will be buying one later once the funds are there for a transmission and smarty but it would be really nice if someone would let me borrow theres or I can drive to there place to activate the high idle and 3cyl idle. Anyone willing to help me out??

I work in Oshkosh. If your up that way I could bring my Smarty with me and hook you up if your up in the area. I am usually only there during the week and home on the weekends.
