Mike - You can also work off vehicle VIN?? In Quick Serve?

Yes, that is a fairly new feature. Started sometime this fall. I love it!!!

Cummins ties the Ram VIN to the ESN at some point. I also tried a few Freightliner Vins and those would lead you to the ESN as well.

Here you go.....

6.7 Turbo Plumbing.jpg

#9 4980340 Qty (1) Turbo Drain Gasket

#13 3928624 Qty (2) Seal, O-Ring

#14 4935352 Qty (1) Tube, Turbo Oil Drain

QuickServe also shows Part Number 4936078 just above the listing for the o-rings and the tube which most likely means the tube w/o-rings on it as an assembly.

I was. My local cummins dist was VERY certain it was not the right one. Very glad I had the PN from you! I trust you. Them not so much! ;) lol

Just wish you guys were closer and there was no border between us. Would just order it from you and be done with it! No middle man so to speak!

Merry Christmas to you both as well! May Santa bring you some coal to roll. :D

I know how you feel, Not so much Cummins but the largest OEM dealer in my area has a terrible record. There is a less than 50/50 chance the part you ordered will 1. ) Come in when they say it will 2. ) That they can actually find it when you arrive to get it, EVEN when their records show they received it, 3) That when they eventually find it, that it is in fact the correct part. ( I have personally run across 3 different OEM items in the past few months that were actually in the system under the incorrect part number.

Sadly, thats about it! :(

I have a great Dodge dealer that gets it bang on, but when it comes to the Cummins parts, I don't want to pay Mopar prices so thats what I have to deal with! :(
