Just curious, as I will be running some "enlarged" 370's with a pretty rich plate. Just for our dyno day.

Is anyone running a lot of fuel through a hybrid and having it live? Im just wondering if I should expect my DZ to "seperate".

I have access to a DD jammer BB as well, so trying to make a decision as to what to run...

FWIW,

I put the EDM 370's in it friday night, and didnt get on it. If there was gonna be carnage, it was happenin on the dyno. However, on the way to the dyno Mundo wanted to play, so I ran him on the freeway 3 times. The last time, in 5th gear, I looked at the boost gauge and it was pegged at 50psi. So before I got on the dyno I opened the boost elbow as far as I could.

Dynoing at an accel rate (loaded dyno) of 100 rpm/sec, 4th gear, It was making about 38psi.

My max corrected hp number was 546. 1 and torque was 1188. Peak hp was at 2500rpm, torque was at 2350. I wasnt rolling into it until 1900 so I could try to make the luk last. It worked... .

How high did your EGT get? My truck is not fueled as heavy as yours but my EGT stays at 1400 as long as I keep it floored. It has the new 7 blade Super 40 wheel and housing.

I can still peg the pyro at will. 4th gear on the dyno, the 546 pull was probably 1600* or so. I know it was past 1500.

your crazy wagn, who gets their truck to 1600+ on the dyno!!?? :-laf

let me know when you wanna run that jammer, but i still think you need to sell one of your kids and get SPS.

I know!! 1600*!!

I might still try the jammer. Just dont have time to do the swap. I think I will still not like it.

The going price for kids and turbos these days is pretty much the same.
