9-11 I was at Cinergy Miami Fort power plant. The superintendant said, over the CB, that the plane had crashed into the World Trade Center. This guy can be a joker. I called my wife and checked with her. She had been doing aerobics with Gilad. So she truns it off, and goes to CNN. I couldn't believe it. WE all were sent home and Cinergy locked down the plant.

Well we get this thing all set and I have to bale. My wife's uncle passed away yesterday so, family comes be before trucks. Catch you all the next time.

I "would" be down to meet you all... ... ... ... ... however, I'm throwing some mods at my truck this weekend and need time to test and tune before I put the truck up for the winter. It will be off the streets about Nov. 1st. Otherwise I'd be making the drive in a heartbeat!!!

I talked to a few of you guys for quite awhile, but only briefly met others, so whose truck was whose?



Mine was the black quad cab shortbed on the end. y-knot had the black quad cab dually left at 7:30 or so before a lot of you got there. diesel4power's was the maroon quad cab shortbed. fdavid's was the white quad cab longbed third gen. supersonic's was the reg cab flatbed with stacks. e7mack96's was the white third gen dually, right? Is that right? What about the guy with the third gen with the TST and DD Jammer? I didn't catch your name...



I was also surprised how loud the turbo whistle was on that Ford 6. 0 when he started it up. Sounded pretty cool...

Is he still running a stock turbo? I couldn't believe how loud that turbo whistle was, even just idling across the lot.

Ya. Nordi's truck is completely stock except for the dual DPPI stainless exhaust. Good runnin truck for a 6. 0. Not dissin 6. 0's in general but his is an exceptionally good running one. Dynoed at 290/490 stock. Those variable geometry turbos sound good dont they?
