anyone in Grand Junction Colorado area

I'm looking at a used 5th wheel trailer in the Grand Junction area and wondering if I can get some help from a local member there. .



I'm a long drive away [by Yosemite National Park] and need someone to drive over and look at it a give me your impression of the condition of it. . it's a 2000 Hitchhicker 35 footer... . would help if you had some expierence with 5er with slides. .



Anyone out there want to help me out ??



I would be happy to pay you for your time and fuel used.

If no one else chimes in you might try giving Layne a call from Denver Off Road Bumper. His shop is in Fruita which is a few miles west of Grand Junction and he lives in Palisade which is a few miles east of Grand Junction. He is one heck of a nice guy. If by some chance he doesn't want to I am going to go to Cortez on Monday and could drive that way instead of the southern route. However I do not know anything about rv's. If you want me to do it let me know by tommorrow night and pm your phone number and will give you a buzz tommorrow night after I get back from the mountains.

I live right here in Delta. 32 miles from GJT. Going to GJT Thursday or Friday to see the ole Dr.

I have a 5 er but no slide so Im no expert. About all I could do is tell you the condition & appearence.
