gas, diesel in China ?

goodbye my friends

ive heard hes out of idaho and has a killer deal on dodge trucks. im trying to get his number and am hoping someone here might have it.

Good experience with Dave Smith.

I went through DSM even living way down here in the southwest corner of the USA. I used Les McDaniels at 1-800-635-8000x1302. Extremely polite, knowledgable saleguy. I couldn't recommend DSM and Les more.

I bought my 05 thru them... there used rigs aren't the steal there new ones are, and there new ones are a heck of a deal... . Dad bought his there in late 05 and he got it cheap enough it hasn't depreciated much, well not until diesel went thru the roof... .

When I lived in Spokane I believe he was selling them for $500 over DEALER cost, throw the chrysler rebates and farm bureau on there and it was a heck of a deal. It was no hassle, no haggle fly in and drive out. I've never heard a complaint. I also am not affiliated in any way

As another option Dishman Dodge in Spokane gives great deals to TDR members, quite a few members have flown up there for new trucks. Quite a bit easier to get to Dishman for those flying in.

this is for a buddy of mine so a tdr memeber discount probably wouldnt apply but thanks for the info when i go to buy a truck ill look into both

what you can also do is start with DSM and then go to your local dealer Mine matched DSM dollar for dollar on my truck no question's asked either . plus gave me a tdr discount to boot .

Yes, get a quote from Dave Smith and check locally. Remember to figure in the extra costs of getting to and from Kellogg Idaho.

I've bought 2 new diesel Ram's over the years, neither of them from Dave Smith, I always beat Dave's price at my local dealer. That was when I lived near Boise, ID, which is only about 400 miles from Kellogg. Once they knew I had a quote from Dave Smith, they beat the price by about $100.

I tried just that locally and the salesgal who had toured DSM told me to go up there. She remarked at the size of the place. I think everybody in Kellogg works for them or is affected by them in some way.

Bajabob what I did was get a quote from dave smith and then go talk to the local dealer and I told them that I had a quote for said truck with out me knowing it they ordered what i wanted and then gave me a call and said comedown and take a look ses so when we got there I had my quote with me I said I will take it but at this price and after chocking they agreed to do the deal so I was a happy camper.

That's great! Three dealers in my area wouldn't even talk to me and I offered $500 over invoice to get away from DSM. Glad it worked out for you. :) Foolkiller,a member got Carl Burger here to compete, but they wouldn't budge with me.

Maybe it's the fact that I was over a foot taller then salesmen that helped

in making the deal lol . so far i can't complain the local dealer has treated me well .

Baja,

Carl Burger and Cal Worthington are the typical loss leader, rip off artist type of Dealer. I speak from experience. I even filed a complaint against Carl Burger with DMV. Years ago, I bought mine in Poway and my brother in law bought his special order from Hines in Mission Valley, both good experiences. The other way to go in SD is New Cars Inc. They do fleet deals via local credit unions and can get anything you want. A coworker of mine bought a Charger with them.

Exactly what I did. With quote in hand from Dave Smith I went to Malloy Dodge here in Albuquerque. They matched the price and gave me a deal on free oil changes for 7 years.

I bought mine at Dave Smith

I bought a CC from Dave Smith a couple weeks ago, I flew into Spokan and they picked me up in a van. Great people to do business with. I have a good dealership here and a salesman that's a straight shooter here that I bought several vehicles from over the years. The only reason I went with Dave Smith is they have an accessory dept. that you can order a lot of goodies and have them all installed and included in the price of the rig. Little things like after market bumper with wench, diff cover, air bags, bed , hitch and brakesmart. The only thing they couldn't do that I wanted was the transfer flow fuel tank but they were willing to pay for it ( cut me a check) and include that in the price also. Having said all that, if I was going to just buy a plain truck and leave it that way I would have just bought from my trusty dealership.
