I don't know anything specific about the aux lighting you asked about but in general, you absolutely don't want to cut and splice to existing factory lighting wiring or tie into it either.
OEM wiring won't be able to provide adequate current to power the aux lights and will set codes and probably continue to blow fuses or breakers.
You'll have to run a separate heavy gauge wire direct from a power source like a new Painless Wiring Fuse Block or direct from a positive post on one of the batteries, through a 30 amp breaker, to a 30 amp or similar relay of adequate size to power the lights. Then, from a low current supply you can route a wire through a switch near the driver then to the control or switch side of the relay then to the lights. Mount the relay under the hood not too far from the battery(s) and use a large gauge wire from power source to lamps via relay.
