I had one break on a long trip yesterday rite at the nut on the injector

I drilled & tapped what was there & put a fine thread screw in there & drove it about 100 miles home on 5 cylinders

I need a line still & am not really seeing any venders on line doing google searches

take care & thanks in advance

I think its just high pressure fuel line in the correct length, and you hand bend it to fit. Probably not what you wanted to hear, I imagine. I might be wrong though... .

Im pretty sure its an odd fitting

I dident havea wat to get the nut loose last night but Ill go down & look

take care

A good diesel shop can make them up, however they wanted more than I can buy a new one for my Case diesel. Case dealer was $100. - $130. I think. That ebayer from Arkansas with green floor in pics, parts every nut an bolt on Dodge ctd's.

I payed $60 at Cummins for the last one I believe. Might have been a discount in there also so don't hold tight to the price.

You could probably take it somewhere and have it made up. Just make sure they have the old line and make an EXACT copy. Line length is critical.

I found them through dieselspecialists.com for $50
just incase anyone needs them

the dealer no longer carries them

I bet Scheid Diesel has them (Cummins parts store) or can make one if you tell them which one. I know they do make fuel lines.

Just so you know, they are about $40 at the Case or Case/IH dealer. If you need engine parts, tell them it's for a 621 loader. ;)

By application. That's why I said model 621 Loader. That's what I use when I get parts.

Oh, and the belt tensioner is from a CX240 excavator. The others all tension in the opposite direction. Took me a while to figure that one out. ;)
