You are speaking of a Pintle Hook. Very common in military and Heavy Equipment circles. Go to utility company junkyards (power company's) Heavy Wrecker salvage yards, a lot of junked service trucks have these already on. They are a BEAR to get off so come prepared. Military surplus outlets can steer you in the right direction also. Good luck! MAJ D
