That's quite the setup you have with your stand. I've never been much into Deer, Elk etc but I don't like eating it. I've been hunting waterfowl for the better part of my life and as a kid in southern Ohio combing the woods for rabbit and squirrel. I don't have much experience in freshwater fishing but I do love the saltwater. I used to do the long range ( 10 to 17) day trips out of Diego but not anymore...pulling on 100Lb+ fish is just not in the game for this body anymore.

I can't even imagine pullin on a 100 pound fish, it's gotta be exhausting. shoot it takes me 10 to 15 minutes on some of these bigger hybrids.
 
This was my hunting partners moose........shot him and he ran into the river..........what you can't tell from the photo is that it's snowing. It was a long night. We shot two moose in about 10 minutes and started cleaning about 9pm. We got the boat back to camp around 5am the next day. Sleep never felt so good!
