Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anyone O-rings and studs in VA. (need a shop)

I'm looking for a shop close to me that could o-ring and stud my head, hope you guys could point me to a good place! Also what will I need to do this? Any part #'s for stud kits and gaskets would be appreciated... thanks!

Tre Diesel can do it or have it done. They are located in the Va Beach area. I know you can have it done in PA as well, about 2 hours north of DC at PDW. I have ARP studs and fire rings waiting to go in and I'm shopping around for someone to do the headwork as well. I'm seeing 60lbs of boost with the stock HG It's just a matter of time.

Your sig doesn't mention the town or area where you are in VA. If you're in or near the Tidewater area, I think I know a shop that can help you. Take money... lots of it. . no matter where you get it done.

Thanks guys, sorry for the delay... been busy. Yes I have heard of Tim @ TRE he did my buddies injectors, he's very happy. I might give him a call. Also Doug at ADT in WV. seems good but too far for me! I'm between Richmond and Williamsburg (New Kent Co. ). I have two trucks that need studs and o-rings mine and a friend. Also. . how much money, is lots of it? LOL... . What have you guys paid for the work done? Dave I'm about 1 hour or so from Tidewater! Thanks

I had my transmission built by Tim at TRE Diesel, and I was very impressed by his work. I stayed and "helped him" (pretty much just watched), and we had my transmission back in my truck after about 6 hours. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.

How much are you looking at to have a head o-ringed if you were to take it off the truck and take it to them yourself? Do they also cut the head to make sure the sealing surface is level?

Me too. I traveled "South" from where I live (North/East PA) to have myine done - that was like 2 years ago - still doing fine. I bought my Comp and sticks from Tim just after the trans was done. Then more recently I got my 64/14 and Mach 5s from Tim. Need I say anymore?
