Anybody out running Power Wagon Injectors in a Non Intercooled Truck ? Let me know if you are having any heat problems and did the PW injectors help with MORE POWER. Also what kind of MPH are you getting with them. Thanks

1985 DODGE 1 ton Crew Cab(imported from California with no rust) W/8' box converted to 4X4(wasn't that hard to do!) in 1999,converted to a 1991 Cummins Turbo diesel & 5 speed Getrag in 2000(wife can't drive a stick :). 4:10 gears, limited slip rear end, 205 transfer case, 16" Goodyear GSA Wranglers and LE Package and a Sony CD Stereo. A one of a kind truck(Wish Dodge would build a new Crew Cab in 1 ton. No; but I installed an intercooler in preparation for the PW injectors, then took my name off the list when I decided to buy a new truck.

Currently running BD injectors without the intercooler. Stock injectors 19 psi boost, now 24 psi at 2500 RPM. The temperatures are in the range of 1100°F pre-turbo unloaded. I assume you mean MPG, pre install 19. 4 MPG, after 20. 1 MPG, no real change. Less smoke, way more power. 1/4 mile gate speed yeilds 225 RWHP. The write up BIG DON spells out what to look for in the pre 91. 5 trucks. Good info.
