Anyone own a Steyr pistol?

I just ordered a Steyr "M series" in 40 S&W. Anyone own one of these?

I narrowed my selection down to the Walther P-99 or the Steyr. Got a steal deal on the Steyr (well over $150. 00 less than the Walther) and I really liked the way it fit my hand. Sights are very good too.

Any opinions on this pistol?

I dont own one, but we sell them where we work. Have one left of the . 40. They are a well made pistol, similar in quality to the P99. I have shot the one we have as a rental and it shoots well. I particulary like the sights on it, they are unique and very easy to use.

I have a Walther p-99 in . 40 S&W which was a birthday present from my wife last year. The Walther shoots pretty good out to about 25 meters or so and the fit is good. I have had a few feed problems though. Picky eater. The steyr also shoots well but the sights and grip angle felt funny to me. The wife had the same feelings, so. . no more Steyr. But I'm really a 1911 man.
