Anyone painted youre valve cover??????

Did that manifold come that shiny or did you paint it,could a man paint it or would the heat just make it ugly in time????

kdb unfortunately it didn't stay that purdy. I painted it with Por-20 (made by Por-15) manifold paint, but after awhile it started peeling off in big chunks. I don't recommend it.



Tomeygun I'm no fan of plastic fantastic covers, I'd rather look at what it's trying to cover. Before I sold my truck I wanted to put a piece of shiny stainless on the breather and swap out the tubing for some braided SS hoses, but I sold the truck shortly after doing the V/C. TDR member Maverick now owns it.
