Anyone removed door panel yet?

I was going to see what speakers the beast has as I am considering a radio upgrade, but am having problems removing the door panel to get to them. I removed the two screws along the bottom, the inside door handle, and the screw behind it, but it doesn't seem to be freed up and I am afraid of busting it. Anybody have some insight on this? TIA

I think there is another screw on the top front of the door panel. The door panel should pull up. I haven't taken one off of a 2500/3500 but that is how they are held on in the 1500.

I hadn't tried that one yet, as it looked like the panel was in two pieces. I will give that a try tomorrow.

Thanks again. All I had to do is take that last screw out and pull up on the panel and it came right off. In case anyone is interested, there are 6x9" speakers in the front doors and 5 1/4" in the rear doors. If you have infinity system, there are 3 1/2" in the dash, openings with no wires if you don't have infinity sound. Looks like it would be very easy to add some 3 1/2 to complete the package.
