If you have where did you get it from I called the dodge dealer and was quoted 209+tax. Wow and I cant find anyone else that has it I tried the local stops Napa/Autozone they say they dont even list it. It is a '94. Any help will be appreciated thanks

Just bringing this to the top for you. I know folks here have replaced their AC clutchs for cheaper, but know not where. Some dealers will tell you that you need to replace the entire compressor, which isn't true.

Ke,

You didn't say what the problem was with the clutch, but there is very little to go wrong with one. Pull it apart and see if the wire has burnt up or what. I use an old one on my Lathe so I have Start/Stop with the motor at full speed. (no more primary winding problems):D

Ken,

Not sure if this new website will allow you to search back far enough, but I remember quite a while back this subject was discussed and someone posted a website address for a source to get just the A/C clutch and the price was cheap. Hopefully you can search back far enough or that member will post it again.

Thanks for the responses, It is the brackets on my outer ring of the clutch have sheered off, I wish it was just a wire. I will now go and search for that old thread on this thanks again
