I had some unusual wear on the insides of each of the front tires. Dealer aligned (had 13,000 miles on od) for free and flashed with about 4 upgrades. I put fronts on outside of duals on same side and I am putting up with unpolished wheels for now. Looking for 2 polished wheels from junk yards here in Fl.
I hope the face of your "front" wheels won't be too trashed to use on the front again. Hopefully the center cap will cover the seating area.

Also, on the front, the brake dust will be corrosive and damage the polished side of the wheel, and the rear will have rocks thrown up and damge the wheel on the rear.

On my 2016 I had Les Schwab rotate the tires which turned into dismount and remount all six for $90, did this at 10K, (fronts were wearing on the outside)
Want to get another 30k out of these tires so had it done.

THAT ^^^^^^^^^ is one place I would not trust to touch anything I own!!! Unless you adjust the toe on the front your wearing all the tires pre maturely.

x2. I wouldn't stop at a Les Schwab to use the bathroom, let alone have them put a wrench on my truck. :-/

I like to show this pic when good ol LS is mentioned! What is wrong with this pic?

In my opinion: its a waste of time to rotate tires on a dually. Just plan on replacing the fronts twice as often as the rears. They all wear on the edges on duallys. Some more that anthers 4X4s worse that 2WDs, but they all get a lot of scuffing when the truck turns with a Cummins setting on them. Weight + side force leads to tire edge wear.

Agree but it can be minimized by running 80 psi on the fronts and proper alignment. 40K on these front MS2's.

Never have rotated dually tires since my first one in 07....BUT, do run 80 psi in the front's which seems to help with wear.
