I've used a Truxedo tonneau (roll-up) with decent results in the past but now I'm thinking about something different for my new, RamBox equipped, 2500 that I will be picking up next week. The factory tri-fold is not well represented online and I'm wondering who has seen one and can share their thoughts...
Many thanks,
Bruce

A friend of mine has one on his Ram Box. He's not overly happy with it. Pain in the butt to store it when he needs to take it off. Doesn't seal all that well. Says he wishes he had an Access like I have on my 2013.

The thing I don't like about the trifold is that really only two sections are operable. The head piece is clamped. That leaves a lot of area inaccessable for me with a 5th wheel hitch taking up most of the central portion of the box on an SRW SB.

As we are traveling with our Airstream and picking the truck up on the way home, we need something...
I ordered the Mopar cover as it seemed like the easiest solution.
I suppose if it is awful I can simply sell it later and rethink the whole thing!
I'll post a picture or two next Thursday when we get there...

I installed the Bak VP designed for the RAMBOX. I like the look of the seamless design but still folds. It doesn't have the warranty the other Bak's have... I follow their instructions on using 303 protector and it still looks great..

303 is amazing stuff...
I use it on anything vinyl that lives outside and it really works!
