Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anyone tried Lube Gaurd

I went to Napa today was wanted to put synthetic in my gears and transmission. The guy there said that he recommended the red container of lube gard for the transmission any one used it in there's?

Personally I seen no reason to add it unless you are trying to solve a little but of TC shudder. I would certainly not use it with ATF +4 that already has plenty of friction modifier. JMHO.
