Anyone using a Reese 5th Airborne Sidewinder

Anyone using this style hitch. Does it help with tracking so 5th wheel wont cut corners as much in tight turning traffic?

I use it on my 14 quad cab 3500 Ram Box. Reason being I needed the room so I don't puncture the rear window with sharp turns and maneuvering. Pull a 33Ft Toy Hauler.
