Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) APPS question

My truck exhibits no problems and the check engine light is out but I do have a code... ... PO1692 I think? It stated that there is a problem in the PCM parameters. When I checked I found that the APPS was out of range . 46 volt at rest. Is this something that could be reset by disconnecting the Battery? Or by adjustment? As I know the APPS is stated to be non adjustable I would be willing to but... ... Only if it would be worth the fix.

I was wondering about resetting it but cant see why the volts would read low unless it is out of adjustment? Guess I have been wrenching on cars too long.
