Arbitration?!

Anyone know much about the arbitration process, and if there has been any success? Have a repair list too long to list, especially the four trips to the dealer for water leaking into the cab(still leaking by the way!) Truck has less than 35K on it, with a quarter of that driving back and forth to the dealer, if you get my drift.
